New! Beginning Yoga - Mornings
This yoga class is intended for beginners. Practice will include breathing techniques, physical postures and meditation. 

Tuesdays & Fridays 8:15 - 9:30 a.m. at C. I. Beaver Hall
Session I: March 7 - April 14 (no class March 28 & 31)
Session II: April 18 - May 19
Fee: $75 Residents/ $86 Non-Residents

New! Beginning Tai Chi for Health and Wellness
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi benefits include improved health, balance and better stress management.

Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at C. I. Beaver Hall

Session II: May 17 - June 14

Wellness Walkers
Each week we will get our heart rate up and get moving - enjoying the outdoors in our beautiful parks. Walks are guided and self-paced. Get to know the parks better and meet new people. Walk locations will be emailed to each participant - registration required in advance
