Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on May 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Good News Baptist Church, P.O. 341624, Beavercreek, OH 45434. The applicant requests conditional use approval to allow for a church to be located at 925 Factory Road. The property is located on the west side of Factory Road approximately 175 feet south of the intersection of Factory Road and Richmar Drive. The property is further described as Book 6, Page 14, Parcel 106 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
