Tenants at the Greene Town Center must submit an application for a Tenant Improvement Permit prior to occupying any space within the development. One permit application and fee covers all interior and exterior changes, signage, awnings, and use compliance.
Two sets of plans showing the dimensions of the tenant space, dimensions of signage, floor plans, dimensions of awnings (depth, length, height), and any exterior changes to the facade (if applicable) are required.
In addition to the zoning permit application fee, a plan review fee is only required if architectural changes are being made to the exterior of the building. Any questions should be directed to the Planning and Zoning Department at (937) 427-5512.
