Biography
Councilwoman Tiffany Schwartz was appointed to Beavercreek City Council in February 2020. Prior to being appointed to Council, Schwartz served on Beavercreek Planning Commission and Youth Development Committee.
Schwartz is an attorney for the Air Force Research Laboratory, advising the Small Business Innovation Research Center of Excellence. Prior to that, she was a supervisory attorney and Acquisition Fraud Counsel in the Procurement Fraud Division of the Air Force Materiel Command Law Office. Schwartz has been with the Air Force since 2012.
Schwartz enjoys being active in the community. She is Secretary of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Additionally, she engages in pro bono work with the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Program and Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio, where she has represented non-profits in the Beavercreek area. Schwartz and her husband, Michael, also regularly give back to the community through the American Red Cross, Ohio Fraternal Order of Police, Beaver Creek Wetlands Association, and Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
Schwartz graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Psychology and Sociology. After undergrad, she immediately pursued her law degree through the two-year, accelerated Juris Doctorate program at University of Dayton School of Law.
Schwartz and Michael are proud residents of the City of Beavercreek.
