PASSED ORDINANCES

ORDINANCE 24-1

 In Ordinance amending the Zoning Map by rezoning approximately 46.864 acres of land from A-1 Agricultural to R-PUD Residential Planned Unit Development, located on the North side of Swigart Road, approximately 800 feet East of the intersection of Swigart Road and Darst Road, and further described as Book 3, Page 24, Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

This Ordinance was adopted on January 22, 2024 and will become effective on February 22, 2024. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

ORDINANCE 24-3

 An Ordinance amending Chapter 158, by making certain additions, deletions and changes to various sections of the Zoning Code, in accordance with Chapter 158.175.

 This Ordinance was adopted on February 12, 2024 and will become effective on March 12, 2024. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on December 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, 255 E. 5th Street, #1900, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The application requests approval to rezone 16.7 acres from PUD B-398 to C-PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The property is located at the southwest corner of U.S. 35 and Factory Road further described as Book 6, Page 16, part of Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall or on the City of Beavercreek website at http://beavercreekohio.gov/132/Planning-and-Development. When on the webpage, click “Upcoming Meeting Submissions” in the column on the left hand side for a list of cases to appear on your screen. The property is located approximately 180 feet north of the intersection of Lowes Drive and Maple Drive further described as Book 6, Page 25, Parcel 24 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
