CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE


Ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 4.2 acres of land described as Book 5, Page 7, part of Parcel 2 from C-PUD, Commercial Planned Unit Development to B-4 Highway Business.
A second reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on January 24, 2022. Both meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.  This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Ordinance 22-01 An Ordinance to approve Supplemental Appropriations and Certify Additional Revenue for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022 and to amend Ordinance 21-26.
This Ordinance was adopted on January 10, 2022 and will become effective on January 10, 2022. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Dive, Beavercreek, OH 45432

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on January 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Allan Cummins, 2288 Grange Hall Road, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The application requests the rezoning of four acres from C-PUD, Commercial Planned Unit Development to B-4, Highway Business District. The property is located to the south and east of 3415 Seajay Drive further described as Book 5, Page 7, part of Parcel 2 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined on the City of Beavercreek website at: http://beavercreekohio.gov/132/Planning-and-Development.
