ORDINANCE NO. 23-19

 An ordinance amending Chapter 158, by making certain additions, deletions and changes to various sections of the Zoning Code, in accordance with Chapter 158.175   

This Ordinance was adopted on September 11, 2023 and will become effective on October 11, 2023. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

ORDINANCE NO. 23-20

An Ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council Repealing the Current Section 73.30 (“Speed Limits”) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek, Ohio (the “BCO”) and Adopting a New Section 73.30 (“Speed Limits”) of the BCO to Modify and Update Regulations Pertaining to Speed Limits in the City of Beavercreek, Ohio to Conform with Recent Changes in Ohio Revised Code Section 4511.21 and Declaring and Emergency. 

This Ordinance was adopted on August 28, 2023 and will become effective on August  28, 2023. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on August 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing an update to the Zoning Code. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2023 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government. ORDINANCE 23-20

ORDINANCE 23-21

To approve Supplemental Appropriations and certify additional revenue for Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023, and to amend Ordinances 23-18, 23-11, 23-06 and 22-32.

ORDINANCE 23-23

 An ordinance to declare certain City owned property interests as surplus and to approve the conveyance of a monument sign easement on City owned property generally known as 15-acre Grange Hall Road property at the southwest corner of Research Boulevard and Grange Hall Road. 

 A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 25, 2023.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.

ORDINANCE 23-24

An ordinance amending the Zoning Map, by rezoning approximately 50.0085 acres of land from A-1 Agricultural District to R-PUD Residential Planned Unit Development, located on the west side of North Alpha Bellbrook Road approximately 1200 feet north of the intersection of North Alpha Bellbrook Road and Indian Ripple Road and further described as Book 6, Page 19, Parcels 1 and 2 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. 

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 25, 2023.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.

Beavercreek's Tree Advisory Board will meet Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall for a public hearing on policy for the selection of tree species for planting on City property. Residents are encouraged to attend.
