NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
ORDINANCE 22-15 

An Ordinance for Charter Amendments Amending Sections 13.07 and 13.08 to expand when Charter Amendments can be placed on the ballot. A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on June 13, 2022. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek,OH  45432.

ORDINANCE 22-16

An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map by Rezoning Approximately 1.5 Acres of land described as Book 5, Page 6, Parcel 8 from R-1A One Family Residential to RO-1 Residential Office.

 A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on June 27, 2022. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.

CASE NO. Z-22-1

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on June 27, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Drak Properties, 3072 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434. The application requests the rezoning of 1.5 acres from R-1A, One-Family Residential District to RO-1, Residential/Office District. The property is located on the north side of Dayton-Xenia Road approximately 650 feet west of the intersection of Dayton-Xenia and Hanes Roads further described as Book 5, Page 6, Parcel 8 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on June 27, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. regarding a renewal application for placement of farmland in an agricultural district pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code Section 929.02.  The property is located at 185 N. Alpha-Bellbrook Road further described as Book 1, Page 19, Parcels 1 and 2 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas.

This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on May 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Grand Communities LLC, 3940 Olympic Blvd., Ste. 400, Erlanger, KY 41018. The applicant requests specific site plan approval to allow for the construction of 37 single-family lots and 4 multi-family buildings consisting of 35 units on 26.64 acres. The property is located on the south side of New Germany-Trebein Road east of the golf course further described as Book 4, Page 10, part of Parcel 5 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas.
