ORDINANCE 23-11
To approve supplemental appropriations and certify additional revenue for Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023, and to amend Ordinances 23-06 and 22-32.
This Ordinance was adopted on May 8, 2023 and will become effective on May 8, 2023. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

ORDINANCE 23-10
An Ordinance amending Chapter 158, by making certain additions, deletions and changes to various sections of the Zoning Code, in accordance with Chapter 158.175.
A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on April 24, 2023. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
ORDINANCE 23-11
An Ordinance to approve the conveyance of an access easement to the estate of Neil A. Marshall relating to property situated on Whitey Marshall Drive and authorizing the City Manager to enter into the access easement agreement and declaring an emergency.
A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on April 10, 2023. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 96 for the City of Beavercreek, Regarding Utility Work within City Road Right-of-Way.
