Soin, 1129 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Ste. 100, West Carrollton, OH 45449. The application requests the rezoning of 5.885 acres from R-1A, One-Family Residential District to A-1, Agricultural District and the rezoning of 0.739 acres from A-1, Agricultural District to R-1A, One-Family District.
