ORDINANCE 25-10

An Ordinance by the City of Beavercreek expressing the City’s intent to negotiate jointly with other cities in the region on one price schedule under which electric light services shall be furnished to the residents of the city for the purpose of street lighting and declaring an emergency at the second reading.

This Ordinance was adopted on May 27, 2025 and will become effective on June 27, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
