Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on July 2, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, 3153 Lantz Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432. The applicant requests conditional use approval to allow for an addition to the existing meditation center. The property is further described as Book 5, Page 6, Parcel 197 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas.   

This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
