Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on August 6, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Rockford Homes, 999 Polaris Parkway, Ste. 200, Columbus, OH 43240. The application requests approval to rezone 54.2852 acres from R-1A One Family Residential District and A-1 Agricultural District to R-PUD Residential Planning Unit Development. The property is located at 816 Grange Hall Road further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcels 29 and 30 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
