CITY OF BEAVERCREEK

An ordinance creating the Grange Hall Road Tax Increment Financing Incentive Districts; declaring improvements to the parcels within each incentive district to be a public purpose and exempt from real property taxation; requiring the owners of those parcels to make service payments in lieu of taxes; establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent fund for the deposit of those service payments; and specifying the public infrastructure improvements that benefit or serve parcels in the incentive districts.

A first reading and public hearing of this  will be held on August 11, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
