ORDINANCE 25-18

An Ordinance determining to proceed with the acquisition, construction, and improvement of certain public improvements in the city of Beavercreek, Ohio, in cooperation with the Beavercreek Energy Special Improvement District and Declaring an Emergency.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 8, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
