NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In compliance with Section 349.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, and pursuant to Resolution No. 2025-20 passed by the City Council (the “City Council”) of the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, on August 25, 2025, a public hearing will be held by the City on Monday, September 22, 2025, at the City Hall, 1368 Research Park Dr., Beavercreek, OH 45432, at 6:00 p.m., on the Petition to establish the Beavercreek Community Authority, a new community authority pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349, to support the development of approximately ±54.28 acres of real property with the City.  The Petition is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, located at 1368 Research Park Dr., Beavercreek, OH 45432, and is available for the inspection of interested persons during regular business hours.
