An Ordinance rezoning 54.2852 acres from R-1A One Family Residential and A-1 Agricultural, further described as Book 3, Page 13, Parcel 29 and 30 on the property tax maps of Greene County, Ohio to R-PUD 25-4 Residential Planned Unit Development. (PUD 25-4)

This Ordinance was adopted on September 8, 2025 and will become effective on October 8, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
