An Ordinance to declare certain City owned property interests as surplus and to approve the conveyance of land for right-of-way purposes from City owned property generally known as Greene County Auditor Parcel Number B42-0002-0006-0-0015-00 and generally located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Grange Hall Road and Research Boulevard.  

This Ordinance was adopted on September 8, 2025 and will become effective on October 8, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
