ORDINANCE 25-02

An ordinance rezoning 25.195 acres from A-1 Agricultural, further described as Book 1, Page 6, Parcel 9 on the Property Tax Maps of Greene County, Ohio, to R-PUD 25-1 Residential Planned Unit Development. 

This Ordinance was adopted on April 14, 2025 and will become effective on May 15, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
