ORDINANCE 25-07

An ordinance rezoning .65 acres from B-2 Community Business, further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 45 on the property tax maps of Greene County, Ohio to C-PUD 25-2 Commercial Planned Unit Development. 

This Ordinance was adopted on April 14, 2025 and will become effective on May 15, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
