Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on November 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Troy Goffe, 2142 La Grange Road, Beavercreek, OH 45431. The applicant requests conditional use approval to allow for a recreational facility located at 1261 North Fairfield. The property is further described as Book 5, Page 5, Parcel 93 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
