ORDINANCE 25-20

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council repealing the current Chapter 95 “Parks and Recreation” of the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances and enacting a new Chapter 95 “Parks and Recreation” to the Beavercreek Codified Ordinances.

This Ordinance was adopted on October 27, 2025 and will become effective on November 27, 2025. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
