ORDINANCE 25-25

An ordinance amending Ordinance 07-1 (PUD 06-6, Colonel Glenn Land Development aka Mission Point) to modify the permitted uses and use location to allow for medium density residential on approximately 31 acres.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on November 27, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
