Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on December 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Mark and Tonja Grothouse, 859 Amy Lynn Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45434, requesting a variance from Chapter 158.104(A) of the City of Beavercreek Zoning Code to allow a detached garage to be constructed within the required 40-foot front yard setback along Patsie Drive in a R-1A District. The property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Amy Lynn Drive and Patsie Drive further described as Book 6, Page 2, Parcel 167 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal working hours at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to this request or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
