Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on January 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Woodard Development LLC, 505 S. Jefferson Street, Dayton, OH 45402. The applicant requests approval to rezone 8.916 acres from A-1 Agricultural District to C-PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The property is located at 3676 Colonel Glenn Highway further described as Book 1, Page 10, Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026 to be considered for the meeting.
