Resolution 26-03

A resolution to affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the Planning Commission denying the Conditional Use application of Birch Hill. (PC-9)

A public hearing of this Resolution will be held on January 26, 2026.  The meeting with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Resolution is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
