ORDINANCE 26-05

An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Farm Lease Agreement with Fairlands, Inc. to farm approximately 39.53 acres of land currently owned by the City of Beavercreek.

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on February 9, 2026.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
