An Ordinance to approve an application for the rezoning of 16.7 acres from PUD B-398 to C-PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The property is located at the southwest corner of U.S. 35 and Factory Road further described as Book 6, Page 16, part of Parcel 1 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on March 25, 2024. Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
