Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on April 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Brew Team OH, LLC, 3108 Vestal Parkway East, Suite 1, Vestal, NY 13850. The applicant requests a major modification to allow for the construction of a 510 sq. ft. beverage business with associated drive through on 0.61 acres. The property is located at 2500 N Fairfield Road further described as Book 4, Page 4, part of Parcel 5 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
