A resolution by the Beavercreek City Council authorizing the placement of 30.0202 acres of land owned by WD2 in the Agricultural Tax District, said property addresses being 1428 S. Central Drive, 1430 S. Central Drive and 3605 Dayton-Xenia Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, (Parcels B42-0002-0014-0-0056-00; B42-0002-0013-0-0054-00 and B42-0002--0013-0-0015-00) in accordance with O.R.C. Chapter 929, the Farmland Preservation Act.

A first reading and public hearing of this Resolution will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Both meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.  This Resolution is avaIlable for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432
