Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on July 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by Woodard Development, 601 E 3rd Street, Dayton, OH 45402. The applicant requests an Administrative Site Plan Review and Approval (ASRA) for 11.72 acres of land to construct a 62,500 square foot research and development facility. The property is located at the northwest corner of Grange Hall Road and Research Boulevard further described as Book 2, Page 6, Parcels 27 and 28 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
