Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on July 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by United Properties Development, LLC, c/o Jamie Pollock, 1331 17st St., Ste. 604, Denver, CO 80202. The applicant requests approval to rezone 1.994 acres from R-1A, One-Family Residential District to C-PUD, Commercial Planned Unit Development to allow for the construction of a vehicle service station. The property is located on the northwest corner of Dayton-Xenia Road and Grange Hall Road further as Book 2, Page 4, Parcels 52, 216, 217 and 218 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024 to be considered for the meeting.
