ORDINANCE 24-15

 An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council to provide for the submission to the electorate of Amendments to Sections 4.08 (“Procedures”), 5.03 (“Introduction and Adoption of Ordinances “}, 5.09 (“Authentication and Recording; Review Codification; Reproduction”) 8.01 (“Merit Principle”), 9.03 (“Planning Commission”), 10.09 (“Public Access”),  AND 11.03 (“Nominations”) of the City Charter and to place the same on the Ballot at the General Election to be held on November 5, 2024, and Declaring this Ordinance to be Adopted as an Emergency Ordinance

This application may be examined during normal work hours at the Finance Department, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2024 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
