ORDINANCE 24-17

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council for the conveyance of storm sewer and storm water detention easements over land owned by the City Beavercreek located along the east side of Grange Hall Road and south of Willowcrest Road.

 This application may be examined during normal work hours at the Finance Department, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2024 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
