ORDINANCE 24-18

An ordinance to appropriate certain real property interests owned by ANJO Rental Holdings LLC, Property for N. Fairfield Road Widening Project R/W Acquisition in the City of Beavercreek.

 This application may be examined during normal work hours at the Finance Department, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2024 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
