ORDINANCE 24-22

An ordinance to grant an easement to CenterPoint Energy for a new gas main installation on the Golf Course.

This application may be examined during normal work hours at the Finance Department, Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to haines@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2024 to be considered for the meeting. The City of Beavercreek wishes to make certain that all citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in their local government.
