ORDINANCE 24-29

An ordinance by the Beavercreek City Council exercising the City’s right under Ohio Revised Code  3780.25(B)(3) to prohibit the sale of recreational marijuana and the sale of the same by Harvest of Ohio LLC, D/B/A Trulieve Beavercreek at  4370 Tonawanda Trail, Beavercreek, Ohio (“TRULIEVE”) within the Municipal Corporation pursuant to Ohio Revised Code within the Municipal Corporation pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3780.25 by repealing and amending Section 117 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Beavercreek to prohibit the sale of recreational marijuana and the operation of the adult use dispensary within the Municipal Corporation and Declaring an Emergency. 

 A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on September 23, 2024.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
