ORDINANCE 25-06

An Ordinance to accept a petition filed with the City of Beavercreek requesting the vacation of a portion of Eastside Drive. The petition requests the vacation of portions of Eastside Drive adjoining lots 4D and 4B of the Ashford Center Replat and lots 2A and 1B of the Signal Hill Replat, further located in Section 11, Town 2, Range 7 M.R.S. and book 1, page 2 on the property tax maps of Greene County, Ohio. 

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on March 24, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
