ORDINANCE 25-07

 

An Ordinance rezoning .65 acres from B-2 Community Business, further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 45 on the Property Tax Maps of Greene County, Ohio to C-PUD 25-2 Commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD-2)

A first reading and public hearing of this Ordinance will be held on March 24, 2025.  Both meetings with be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. This Ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Beavercreek City Hall 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH  45432.
