Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432, on May 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. on an application filed by McBride Dale Clarion, 5721 Dragon Way, Ste. 300, Cincinnati, OH 45227. The applicant requests a specific site plan to allow for the construction of a 1,462 sq. ft. Valvoline Instant Oil Change on 0.65 acres. The property is further described as Book 1, Page 9, Parcel 45 on the Greene County Property Tax Atlas. This application may be examined during normal work hours at Beavercreek City Hall. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and voice their opinion with respect to the application or via email to gillaugh@beavercreekohio.gov. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2025 to be considered for the meeting.
