Meetings
City Council
Regular City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6 p.m. Work sessions are held on the third Monday of each month at 5 p.m.
Planning Commission
Regular Planning Commission meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m.
Board of Zoning Appeals
Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month, as needed, if there are agenda items such as zoning variances or appeals of administrative decisions.
Location
All meetings, unless otherwise noted, are held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of Beavercreek City Hall, located at 1368 Research Park Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
Agendas
Agendas for meetings are approved by city staff a few days before the meeting.
Attendance
Regular meetings are televised live on Spectrum Channel 5 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99 are replayed several times thereafter. Meetings are open to the public.
