Public Records

Records that document the functions of the City of Beavercreek Police Department are public records, with some exceptions (ORC.149.43).  Copies of public records are available upon request, after paying any applicable fees. 

If you would like to obtain a copy of a police report, please call the records section at (937) 427-5530, visit the police department Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or mail in your request along with any fees and a self-addressed envelope.

Fee Pricing

  • Copies of Reports: Pages 1-10 are free, 11 or more pages are 10 cents per page
  • Copies of Digital Photographs: $1 per page (6 photos per page)
  • Local Background Checks: Free
  • Solicitor Permit Applications: $15 for 1-year
