The Code Enforcement Division falls under the purview of the Planning and Development Department. Code Enforcement Officers enforce the City of Beavercreek Zoning Code and the Property Maintenance Code.

Massage Establishments

All massage establishments, whether for medical purposes or relaxation, must be licensed with the City of Beavercreek per Chapter 116 of the Code of Ordinances. 

Massage establishments that only employ therapists with valid massage therapy licenses, in good standing, form the Medical Board of Ohio should ONLY complete the Attestation of Licensure.

Massage establishments that employ anyone other than a licensed massage therapist who provides or will provide any massage related services must complete the Application for Registration to Operate a Massage Establishment. 


Abandoned Foreclosure and Vacant Property Registry

The City requires the registration of vacant properties that are in foreclosure as well as vacant properties not in foreclosure that have had enforcement action taken against them due to compliance issues. 

The fees for registration are as follows: 
Residential $150.00
Commercial $300.00
