C.I. Beaver Hall is located in C.I. Beaver Park in the Knollwood area of the city, just off of Dayton- Xenia Road. The main entrance is located at 3696 Highmont Street. The park features a playground, basketball court, and walking trail. 

The hall provides 2,508 square feet of meeting or entertainment space to accommodate up to 140 people with tables and chairs. C.I. Beaver Hall is perfect for banquets, birthday parties, business meetings, graduations, holiday parties, reunions, and more!

Rental Rates

Residents may rent the hall for a minimum of four hours for $250 and $55 for each additional hour. Non-residents may rent the hall for a minimum of four hours for $300 and $65 for each additional hour. Renters are responsible for set up and tear down. All prices are subject to change.
