[ARCHIVED] City of Beavercreek Seeks Public Input on Spring House Park Phase One Development

Partial Map of Spring House Park Layout Proposal

The City of Beavercreek is asking residents to help shape the future of Spring House Park by providing input on the park’s phase one development.

City officials announced that the first phase of the park’s construction will focus on the northeast corner of the property, located at the intersection of Grange Hall Road and Patterson Road. Proposed amenities for this initial phase include an ADA-accessible playground, an entrance drive, and a paved parking lot.

Residents are encouraged to complete a short online survey to voice their preferences on a variety of design elements. The six-question survey asks for feedback on playground features, color schemes, potential future additions, and other site-specific details.

“This is a great opportunity for community members to help shape a space that will serve the Beavercreek community for years to come,” said Zach Wike, director of Beavercreek Parks, Recreation & Culture.

The deadline to submit responses is Friday, April 18, 2025. Click here to read more about Spring House Park, including how the project is being funded.
