City of Beavercreek residents are encouraged to participate in two public budget work sessions scheduled for Monday, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, as part of Beavercreek’s commitment to transparency in its budget process. Both sessions will begin at 5 p.m. in the city council chamber at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive.
The city encourages community members to attend and offer feedback as it prepares the 2026 budget. Public input is welcomed during multiple stages of the budget cycle, including the tax budget in July, budget work sessions in November, and the public hearing for the annual appropriations ordinance in December.
City Council is expected to adopt the 2026 budget at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025. During that meeting, City Manager Pete Landrum will also deliver the State of the City address. His presentation will highlight the city’s accomplishments in 2025, provide an overview of the budget and outline goals for 2026.
Draft copies of the 2026 budget will be posted on the finance department’s webpage prior to the November work sessions. While Beavercreek streams all regularly scheduled council meetings on its YouTube channel, work sessions are not recorded.
