Beavercreek City Council will meet Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, to vote on adopting the city’s 2026 budget. The public meeting will take place in the council chambers at Beavercreek City Hall, 1368 Research Park Drive.
The budget vote follows two public work sessions held in November, where community members were encouraged to attend and provide input. During those sessions, council and staff reviewed the proposed 2026 budget in detail, examining each line item and making adjustments as needed.
In addition to the budget vote, the Dec. 9 meeting will include the annual State of the City presentation delivered by City Manager Pete Landrum. The presentation will outline the city’s 2025 budget performance, highlight accomplishments over the past year, and provide an overview of the 2026 budget, including major goals and projects planned for the year.
Council meetings are open to the public, and agendas are available at beavercreekohio.gov. Recordings of each meeting are posted on the city’s YouTube channel and broadcast on the public access channel on Spectrum Channel 5 and AT&T Channel 99.
The meeting will include a designated public comment period, during which residents may speak for up to three minutes. While this provides an opportunity for community members to share their views, it is not structured as a question-and-answer session. Residents may also contact council members outside of meetings using the information available on the city’s website.
