The City of Beavercreek, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation, will host an open house Jan. 22 to share details about proposed improvements to North Fairfield Road between Kemp Road and Fairwood Drive.
The project would widen the roadway from four through lanes to five, including a center two-way left-turn lane. Plans also call for an 8-foot-wide side path along the east side of North Fairfield Road, as well as new curb, gutter, and storm sewer upgrades. City officials say the improvements are intended to reduce congestion and improve safety for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians traveling through the corridor.
The open house will take place Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Beavercreek Council Chambers, 1368 Research Park Drive. Attendees may stop by at any time to review exhibits, ask questions, and provide feedback to project team members. No formal presentation will be given. Those unable to attend will be able to view the exhibits online following the meeting.
