State of the City

Beavercreek’s City Manager Pete Landrum delivered the 2025 State of the City Address at City Council’s regularly scheduled meeting Monday, December 8, 2025. During his presentation, Landrum provided an update on the city’s budget, operational and capital accomplishments throughout 2025, and future plans for the city.
