About the Commission
The City of Beavercreek Charter requires the City Council to appoint a committee of seven members every five years to review the City Charter under which the city operates. Members of the commission recommend to the council any alterations, revisions, and amendments they may find advisable. City Council may then submit to the electors any such proposed alterations, revisions, or amendments to the charter at the next regular election. The commission is dissolved when it has completed the review and made recommendations to City Council. The next appointment to this commission will be in 2029.
