About the Beavercreek New Community Authority (NCA)
The Beavercreek New Community Authority was created under Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code, pursuant to Ordinance No. 25-17 adopted by the City Council of the City of Beavercreek, Ohio acting as organizational board of commissioners for the NCA, on September 22, 2025.
The NCA encompasses the Wrightwood Springs subdivision with an area approximately 54.28 acres in size, and consisting of a residential subdivision with approximately 121 single-family residential units, and is located entirely within the municipal corporate boundaries of the City of Beavercreek along Grange Hall Road, north of Shakertown Rd.
What We Do
The purpose of the NCA is to provide funding to support community facilities by providing long-term financing through a Community Development Charge. The Community Development Charge shall be assessed upon the completion of construction of each dwelling within the boundaries of the NCA District at a rate of 4.5 mills of assessed valuation for a period of 30 years. The Board of Directors shall administer the collection of the Community Development Charge and authorize the disbursement of funds for projects supporting community facilities.
Who We Are
Per City Ordinance 25-17, the Beavercreek New Community Authority Board of Directors consist of:
- Three citizen members appointed by City Council
- Three developer representatives appointed by Rockford Homes
- One local government representative appointed by City Council
